THE PERFECT VENUE
The TASCA Activity Center has two lovely buildings from which to choose. One building has several rooms, as well as a small (2,500 sq ft) ballroom. The other building boasts a beautiful 4,600+ sq ft ballroom. Neutral, but warm, colors in both buildings ensure your event will fit in the perfect setting.
The TASCA Activity Center is a handicap accessible facility which offers numerous amenities including: air conditioning, stage, state of the art sound system, projection system, catering kitchen, large lighted parking lot, overflow parking, hardwood floating floor in large ballroom, tables and chairs.
25% of the total rental rate is due at the time of the application in order to confirm the desired rental date and secure the reservation. The remainder of the rental rate is due 30 days prior to the date of the event.
A security deposit is due no less than 60 days prior to the date of the event. This deposit is fully refundable 3 days after the date of the event, assuming the facility is cleaned, left in the same condition it was found, and provided there are no damages. Any charges incurred as a result of the event will be subtracted from the security deposit.
Rental rates are broken down per room and per building, depending upon the time of day and the day of the week. A complete Chart of Rental Rates can be obtained at the TASCA Office.
